Frequently Asked Questions

How much advance notice do you need to accommodate an order?

I require  a minimum of 2 weeks advance notice for any order, excluding wedding cakes.

If I provide you with a photo, can you recreate it?

Yes, just provide a photo of what you’re wanting the cake to resemble. Pictures of others' work would be for reference only.

Are you able to print images on my cake?

Yes

How do I carry my cake home?

Be sure your vehicle is large enough

and has a flat, level space with access to air-conditioning for the duration of the ride.

If your cake is a smaller single tier, it should fit on the floorboard of your vehicle.

It is good to have an extra person with you for stacked, multi-tiered cakes to help you load and unload the cake. (Not to ride in their lap.)

Use your AC and please be mindful to keep anything with icing or chocolate out of and away from direct sunlight.

What is your delivery policy?

I offer delivery within 15 miles. Delivery is an additional $30.00 fee.  

What is your payment policy?

A deposit of 50% is required on all orders . Your order is not considered booked until your deposit is paid.

I accept cash app, paypal , zelle , credit and debit cards (note: credit and debit cards are subject to an additional fee) . I do not accept personal checks. 

Final payment for wedding orders must be completed 30 days in advance of your delivery/pick up date . All other orders final payment is due upon your delivery/pick up date .

What is your cancellation policy?

The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.
